Sig Sauer P238 – Springfield 911 MagGuts™-High Capacity Magazine Conversion Adds a round to your Sig P238 or Springfield 911 6 round .380 caliber magazines without adding extension. Internal OEM components are replaced with MagGuts™ components. This conversion uses our latest version of the Hybrid Spring System that is attached as one piece along with the lock plate for easier and more foolproof assembly. The Hybrid Spring System technology was developed by us for use exclusively in our MagGuts™ products.
