Kinta 15kg Shorty Barbell The Kinta 15kg Shorty Barbell is a great bar for home gyms and studio gyms. Its shorter length of 180cm allows for room to move around the user and/or other users to also lift a second or countless other barbells in a small space. The Kinta 15kg shorty barbell is rated to hold up to 320kg so you need not worry about the reliability if you are doing general-purpose gym workouts or even some medium to heavy weight lifting. The barbell’s diameter is still 28mm, so it feels more like lifting a regular barbell than a thinner one. The shaft has medium knurling for grip. We have kept in line with our Olympic barbells, and of course, the sleeves are 50mm in diameter to fit Olympic weightlifting plates.
