Place the saddle onto the barbell and push the handle toward the ground. The leverage point allows the barbell to be easily lifted no matter the weight, and the two points of contact with the ground ensure that the barbell jack will not tople over. Once you have changed your weight plates pull the handle back up and the barbell shaft will roll smoothly our of the saddle back into position. And then repeat on the other side.
