Description Flavor: The rich full-bodied flavor is dominated by oak character, ripe yellow fruits and a lovely mineral rich aftertaste. Nose: Relatively developed by ripe yellow fruits such as apricot, peach and even white flowers. Fits: tasty fish dishes, salmon and crab. Do try the salted salmon with dill potatoes. Serving temperature: 8-10 ° C. Producer info: A small quality producer in Alsace operated within the family and the “terroir” as the watchwords. Winemaking: The wine is produced by aging in oak barrels for twelve months. It has only produced 4670 bottles of this wine.
