DELIVERY DETAILS FOR IRELAND/NORTHERN IRELAND
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days(unless product is out of stock or for pre-orders.
Orders placed between 12pm on Fridays until Sunday will ship on Monday.
All orders are sent by registered courier.
We charge between €6.99 and €29.99 for delivery on orders.
RETURNS POLICY
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Sensory Learning Supplies within 7 days or that the item was delivered damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out or to fully credit you on receipt of returned item.
Product(s) need to be returned in a re-saleable condition with original packaging within 7 days and we will arrange credit for you upon receipt of product(s).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product(s). If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund as shipping costs are non-refundable.
