Installing a solar bubble blanket assists with the heating efficiency of the pool heating option installed – heat pump or solar heating panels. The standard cut sizes available in our online shop are as follows – 3m x 2m (supplied 3.2m x 2.2m) 4m x 3m (supplied 4.2m x 3.2m) 5m x 3m (supplied 5.2m x 3.2m) 5m x 4m (supplied 5.2m x 4.2m) 6m x 4m (supplied 6.2m x 4.2m) To calculate the SQM required is the total swimming length L plus 20cm for trimming / natural shrinkage x width W plus 20cm for trimming / natural shrinkage. Example: For a 6m L x 4m W swimming pool the SQM calculation will be 6.2m x 4.2m = 26.04 SQM. It is advised to round up when ordering, so the order will be for a 27 SQM cover.
