Product Description The 3-1/2” Rallyline 6000 non-telescoping aluminum volleyball system is a budget friendly multi-use system. This unit is approved for use for all levels of play. Indeed, this system meets NCAA requirements for competitive play. What’s Included This non-telescoping aluminum volleyball system comes with the winch post, end post, floor sleeves, cover plates, net, pole pads, and antennae. Posts Both posts are straight shaft non-telescoping and anodized grey. Each post features an adjustable high impact rubber foot. The adjustable foot protects your gym floor and also provides for precise net height adjustment. Locking collars slide up and down each post for an infinite number of net height options. This allows this system to be used for all volleyball net heights as well as badminton, tennis, and pickleball. (Please note that the net sold with this system is a 39” tall net. Therefore, in order to use the net for pickleball, the bottom few inches of the net will rest on the court.) Winch The heavy duty ratcheting net tensioner features a compression clutch brake that is self locking. This winch eliminates the need to flip a lever to tighten or loosen the net. Furthermore, the gears and locking mechanism are housed safely under a steel cover plate to reduce the risk of injury. A high tensile nylon strap connects the winch to the net’s top cable. Net The net that comes with this non-telescoping aluminum volleyball system is made with 4” square black nylon mesh. The tensile strength of the mesh is 250 pounds. The net floats freely along a 1/8” top cable. This free floating design allows the net to be quickly and easily pulled to center. The 1/8” cable has a minimum breaking strength of 1,760 pounds. The net measures 32’ long by 39” tall. The perimeter has a 2” wide double stitched vinyl coated polyester hem with 1” diameter wood dowels at each end. Nylon straps with steel buckles and hook & loop fasteners secure the net in place between the posts. This net meets or exceeds all requirements for most levels of competition. Pads The Rallyline 6000 non-telescoping aluminum volleyball system comes with upright safety pads for the posts. The pads are made from 1-1/2” thick cross-linked polyethylene closed cell foam wrapped in nylon reinforced 14oz vinyl. The pads are available in 14 standard colors. The pads fold around the posts and are secured with hook & loop fasteners. The colors are: marine blue, royal blue, navy blue, yellow, orange, red, maroon, white, grey, black, beige, kelly green, forest green, and purple. Antenna The antennas are made from 38” x 6’ fiberglass rods with red and white alternating stripes. The antenna sit in nylon reinforced vinyl pockets which adhere to the net with a hook & loop fastening system. Warranty Gared Sports offers a 10 year warranty on the uprights and 3 years on the winch, sleeves, and cover plates. Shipping This non-telescoping aluminum volleyball system is shipped on a 4’ x 8’ pallet. The total shipping weight is roughly 225 pounds, including pallet and packaging.
