How long do Jacuzzi Hot Tub filters last for? Essentially it is recommended that Hot Tub filters are replaced every 12/15 months dependant on usage – Irrespective of this, It is highly recommended, Hot Tub filters be replaced and never used after this period of time. Hot tub filters may look ok, however they will be less effective – It is recommended that two sets of filters are used and rotated on a monthly basis = with one set put into a bucket of filter cleaner over night and rinsed off the next day and put a way to dry – Ready to be used the following month. Jacuzzi Filters are for your health and safety and essentially the kidney’s of your Jacuzzi water. What happens When you get a Jacuzzi FL1 or FL2 error code? This could be due to the filters being blocked or at the end of there life and need replacing. The Jacuzzi circulation pump pulls the hot tub water through the filters – If it struggles to do this then it could be that the filters are blocked or an issue with your Jacuzzi Pump, or Jacuzzi Flow switch – If you have tried running your Jacuzzi without the filters in and you still have an error code, please get in contact with us.
