Therefore, it’s essential to regularly monitor the chemical levels in your hot tub or swim spa. How do I determine the right amount of chlorine to use? Aim to maintain a consistent chlorine level between 3 to 5mg/l. The frequency of adding chlorine depends on your usage patterns and bathing habits, whether it’s a daily, bi-daily, or weekly routine.
