Ex Comp Quick Lock Collars Used once in a CrossFit event In nearly new condition and ready to use Olympic barbell quick lock collars are great for securing Olympic weight plates to your barbell sleeve. The rubber material of the collars provides a significant amount of friction onto the barbell sleeve even when unlocked so plates do not slide up and down the bar like traditional spring collars. To lock the collars completely simply use the lever to shut tight and the collars will be secured in place. To undo pull the lever all the way, and with the thump remaining on the lever to completely open the collar slide the quick lock collars off.
