Description A gorgeous Pinot Noir with youthful luminosity and smooth as silk. The fruit was carefully hand-selected from the Elgin and Botrivier regions and painstakingly nurtured to optimum ripeness. Freshly pressed pomegranite aromas exude from the glass. The entry is intriguing with lovely salinity notes which reflect the wine’s spontaneous fermentation and maritime origin. The free-run juice was matured for 11 months in Burgundian French oak barrels. (33% new oak) A vibrant Pinot with a structured edge and prolonged finish.
