Description This vegan-friendly Merlot is crafted using a combination of static and rotary fermenters over 6 days, striking a careful balance between extracting refined tannins and preserving vibrant fruit character and aromatics. The grapes ripened slowly and evenly, allowing for excellent flavour development. In the glass, it shows a deep maroon colour with purple hues. The nose offers inviting aromas of chocolate, plum, and bright red berries, layered with subtle notes of cedar and spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a firm yet elegant structure.
